mahmud, murat and davut were really nice and helpful. the staff were always ready to assist. valet parking was available, a great convenience. the location is convenient for getting around.
i noticed some noise at night. there also seemed to be bad smells from the bathroom floor drain. i could not find a "do not disturb" sign, so cleaners woke me up every morning.

my room was very quiet and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. it was very clean and spacious. the design felt modern and the housekeeping staff kept everything super clean, a real plus for a long stay.

The staff provided excellent support. I received great advice for visiting local sites. they were especially helpful and accommodating. their attention to detail, a huge help during my business trip.

I appreciated the clean rooms. the restaurant named garden was also beautiful. i especially want to thank mahmud from the front desk and sibel. They were very good.
the rooms were noisy. i could hear cars during the day. the walls were described as soundproof, but i heard noises from the room next door, disappointing. this wasn't great for a peace lover.

The receptionists were helpful. The hotel had a spa with an indoor pool. The rooftop restaurant called Maki offered views of the Bosphorus.
The english level of some staff was poor. The interior seemed a bit old. The mini bar in the suite was empty.
